1. Open the package of HighPressure Balloon under sterileconditions.
2. Place the High Pressure Balloonback through the instrumentchannel until you see the internalend of the balloon.
3. Prepare syringe with sterilewater or saline with a capacity of3cc.
4. Start to inflate the Balloon withthe syringe and pull back the waterand continue gradually.Repeat the action until theblockage is cleared or the kinksare straight.
5. Pull back out the endoscopetogether with the Balloon.
6. Place the Sialo Drain for aperiod of 28 days.
